This simple but powerful practice reduces anxiety and stress, builds confidence, resilience and self esteem and allows us to experience our self and our life more fully.”

 

My Mindfulness approach incorporates techniques to help people learn how to cope with the stress and anxiety of life. It gives people greater clarity on what is happening in their lives and in the workplace.

 

While short bursts of pressure can help us to rise to meet a challenge, long-term stress can have a major impact on our physical and mental health. Work is the biggest cause of stress. As well as impacting on people’s health and wellbeing, it can also damage social lives and relationships.

To be mindful is to simply pay attention in a particular way to the present moment, without elaborating or casting judgement. Each thought, feeling and sensation that then occurs is considered, acknowledged and accepted for what it is.
