The Inevitability of Life

Posted by Jon Treanor

It is inevitable that at some time in our life we will face a crisis of some kind. An event that rocks our world and shatters the very foundations that we have constructed our life around. It does not have to be a major trauma it may simply be something that triggers us to review who we are, what we stand for, what our life is about. What have I achieved? What's it all for? Who do I choose to be? Or even who am I?

This may manifest as simply being a little more curious or anxious, something we can't quite put our finger on. It could on the other hand be something much bigger a major loss or trauma in our life where we simply cannot cope or make sense of something. It takes us out of our comfort zone, we feel vulnerable, alone and even afraid. The reality is we cannot escape our self; we are always here, experiencing the good and the bad of simply being human.

A Life crisis simply brings us closer to the reality of being human. This can be a sign that we have reached a turning point, a message to our self a time to review our life. To consider or effect change.

It is at times like this we seek out help and guidance. It is at times like this when we contact people like myself. Guides who have been through the experience of a life crisis and have complete empathy with what you are experiencing. Professionals trained in being there, for you, right now, in whatever you are dealing with.

You may well have achieved a lot, you may well be materially rich, won the gold medal, run the marathon and be asking yourself, what next?

If any of this resonates with you then it’s worth exploring ...if what I say resonates with you, if you feel drawn to my approach please contact me by phone on 07787 513205 or email me at
